Introduction

Today, we are reviewing a 360 mm variant of an AIO cooler from the Enermax Liqmaxflo 360. The last cooler from this Taiwanese company we had a chance to check was Enermax Aquafusion ADV 360 + 240 mm (and they earned the “Approved” award). Liqmaxflo presents a brand new approach from Enermax, as the radiator is now much thicker than the typical 27 mm and measures 38 mm and has a VRM fan built-in in the pump-block part ((like, for example, the Arctic Liquid Freezer II/III). There are three sizes to choose from:

• 240 mm
• 360 mm (the one reviewed here)
• 420 mm

Quite surprisingly, there’s no 280 mm variant available. There’s also a Liqmaxflo SR series in the market, with fans without RGB lighting and 120/240/360 mm versions. The VRM fan is also included, but the radiator has “only” 27 mm of thickness.

The Enermax Liqmaxflo uses an All-in-One formula, with a radiator and pump (quoting -> “Advanced Dual-Chamber Xtreme Pump with Patented SCT Tech) coupled into a single loop and aided by fans (3 x 120 mm). Speaking of fans, they are PWM-controlled 120 mm units with 500-1800 rpm. They should provide a fast heat transfer thanks to their high static pressure and good performance. The airflow is 58.03 cfm, the maximum noise is 23.46 dBA, and the static pressure is 2.4 mmH2O. You can find here a 60 mm VRM fan controlled by PWM with an rpm range of 500-3000, 18.73 cfm, and a static pressure of 2.17 mm-H20. It prevents overheating, especially when you overclock, and allows for continuous heavy load. The radiator sizes are 400 (L) x 120 (W) x 38 (H) mm (L x W x H). The weight is 1870 g (Fan, Radiator, Pump, Tubes). There is a pre-applied thermal grease (Dow Corning® TC-5888), and refilling the radiator using the additional (provided) 100 ml coolant is possible.

The Enermax Liqmaxflo 360 ARGB is compatible with the following CPU sockets:

• AMD – AM5, AM4
• Intel – 1700/1200/115x/2066/2011/2011-3 (Square ILM)/1366

As for the lighting effects, the major brands’ software is supported. The lighting can be adjusted via a 5 V ARGB header on the motherboard to sync it all up. The TDP is stated as 400 W. We want to underline that we’re using the i9 13900K Raptor Lake processor to check the cooler and AMD Ryzen 9 7900X (previously, the systems had Intel Core i9 12900K and Ryzen 7 3700X). Enermax Liqmaxflo 360 ARGB is sold at MSRP of 129.99 USD. The warranty period is five years, so that can be a selling point, as the standard is two years (and only some other manufacturers offer five or six).
