The device's front panel includes a status indicator positioned below the branding, where a consistent blue signal indicates optimal operation.
On the rear, the device accommodates a power connection for an optional AC adapter, alongside networking ports that include one 10 Gigabit Ethernet port, both supporting Power over Ethernet Plus Plus (PoE++) for flexible power and connectivity options.
Included with the WBE758 is a mounting plate designed for wall or ceiling installation. Installation involves securing the plate with Philips head screws and anchors, followed by attaching the device by rotating it clockwise until it locks into position. An "unlock" mechanism is situated beneath the device for straightforward detachment by pressing and turning the device counter-clockwise. Additionally, the device can be mounted to a T-bar using the provided metal bracket, offering an alternative installation method.Powering the WBE758 can be achieved via a PoE++ switch or a separate power adapter, allowing for adaptability based on the installation environment and power source availability. If you'd like to use a power adapter, 12V/3.5A is what you require.
