The Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro is a portable router designed with mobility in mind, featuring a compact and robust form factor. The device is square with rounded corners, measuring 105 mm on each side and 21.5 mm in thickness, while the total weight with the battery installed is approximately 250 grams, making it suitably lightweight for a mobile router.

Constructed with a durable black plastic casing, the Nighthawk M6 Pro is equipped to handle minor physical impacts. It features a user-removable panel on the back, which provides access to its internal components including a slot for a rechargeable 5040mAh battery and a SIM card slot, essential for its mobile connectivity capabilities.

This design allows users to easily replace or swap out the battery as needed. Connectivity options on the Nighthawk M6 Pro are extensive. It includes a USB-C port for charging and USB tethering, a 2.5Gbps Ethernet port for high-speed wired connections, and additional ports for external antennas to enhance signal reception, although the antennas are not provided in the package. These features ensure that the router can deliver versatile internet access solutions in various environments.

Each Nighthawk M6 Pro package includes the mobile router itself, a battery, a power adapter with EU and NEMA plugs, and a USB Type-C to USB Type-A power cable, presenting a complete set for immediate setup and use. The inclusion of a modular plug system indicates readiness for use in multiple regions, enhancing its appeal as a travel-friendly device. Also if you look at the photo below, the small square latches to the right and left, can be used for an extra antenna.
