Thanks H, but I dont get it. @ $499 is a rip off. You can get better spec, better timing 48gb 7200mhz Team Group kit for under $200.

I did not write this one, Chris did, but likely it has to do with the (2x 48GB) arrangement. Also the review was delayed quite a bit, so prices likely have changed. I'll have a look and correct (if applicable).

The reviewed kit is 2x 48GB though, not 2x 24GB.

By the time I need a 96gb kit, DDR5 will probably be obsolete. 😀

Mine are 64GB at the moment(max), if I play a game and try to copy files while opera and firefox are open computer is not coping well. For multitask 96 is a good start, but 128 will be my minimal target. Do not forget many systems are limited to 2 dimm configuration if you like better speed ram. Read the fine print.

Well if you play Star Citizen and not doing anything else you will need this amount of system ram. 😀
