Final Words & Conclusion
The reviewed Phanteks Glacier One 360 T30 Gen2 cooler performed great. It handled the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X (in place of Ryzen 7 3700X) and Intel Core i9 13900K without a sweat (on the Intel platform, it was, in fact, the best up-to-date). Phanteks Glacier One 360 T30 Gen2 is sold at an MSRP of 259.99 USD, which is quite expensive for a (partially) aRGB AIO (as the “only” pump has the color lighting) with a 30 mm thick radiator offering great performance. The maximum rpm of the fan (3000) noise is too much, but you can choose the variant with 2000 or semi-passive, with only 1200 rpm. There are two size variants overall (as there is also a 240 variant). There are no color variants to choose from.

The Verdict
The Phanteks Glacier One 360 T30 Gen2 is a great solution. You get RGB functionality and attractive looks on the pump. As the radiator is 360 mm long and thick for as much as 30 mm (3 mm more than the typical for most AIOs), you need to check if your chassis will accommodate it and in which location (but normally, it shouldn’t be a problem for the modern chassis with ATX format). The Glacier One 360 T30 Gen2 pump design is original, like the Tempered Glass Infinity Mirror with a 3D D-RGB effect. The Phanteks fans are great overall but loud at maximum rpm (3000) still – in typical usage, it’s a rather quiet AIO (also, you can set the maximum of 2000 or 1200 rpm). The tubing (with 400 mm length) is flexible. You get a six-year warranty. So, summing it up – you get a great performance and good acoustics (if not pushed to the max for the fans/pump). We can grant this product a “Golden” award, as it’s an excellent product with a very good performance/noise ratio but a big disadvantage of a high MSRP, as it’s 259.99 USD (and there’s a lack of the RGB on the fans, at least for some of the potential buyers).
